Dr. Hitwant Sidhu Scholarship

This scholarship is made possible thanks to the philanthropy of Mrs. Mary B. McKimzie and the family and friends of Dr. Hitwant Sidhu.

Preference shall be given to those students with a grade point average of 2.5 or better on a 4.0 scale.

International students are given preference, but if there is not an international student enrolled in the School of Physical Education and Tourism Management, the scholarship may be awarded to a student who will be a full-time sophomore in fall 2017 majoring in physical education teacher education who has a 2.5 or higher GPA at the end of the first semester of the student's freshman year.

Recipients will receive a copy of William H. Danforth’s “I Dare You” book from the department.
