Certificate Validation Prior to Aug. 1, 2015

Only Certificates earned between 12 p.m. (noon U.S. Eastern Time) August 13, 2014, and 7:24 a.m. August, 1, 2015, can be validated here.

Certificates earned after 7:25 a.m. August 1, 2015, must be validated here.

Instructors can check the validity of Certificates submitted by their students. In order to do this, information will need to be provided from the Certificate itself, including the unique Test ID. The test taker can also do this by providing the same information from his/her own Certificate.

If everything matches, then the Certificate is validated, and then it can be viewed.

Note: if test takers who have passed the test cannot find their Certificate in their e-mail, they should look in their Spam or Junk mail. If their e-mail address was typed incorrectly, this could be another reason. In either case, this is the test taker's problem. A new test must be passed and a new Certificate earned.

We do not manually re-send Certificates. We are not responsible for lost Certificates. Hundreds of thousands of people who have passed a test have received Certificates with no problems.
