Getting Help

  • For IUIE technical support, contact the IUIE Help Desk using the Feedback icon in the top right corner of the IUIE.
  • A Help icon is located at the top right of the IUIE and links to KB documentation containing answers to commonly asked questions as well as specific "how-to" information.
  • IUIE Online Hours provides a timetable of when the IUIE is live and when the IUIE Help Consultants are online and available for help.
  • The IU Support Center can assist with Network ID and passphrase related problems.
