What do I do if my study was erroneously closed with the IRB?

A study that is closed with the IRB can be re-opened within 60 days of the IRB approved closing. After 60 days, a new study submission must be made. Please note that interaction or intervention with the subjects (including follow-up) and accessing identifiable private information cannot be done until the study is re-opened with the IRB.
