University Institutional Research and Reporting (UIRR) is responsible for producing official university reports on admissions, enrollment, retention, graduation rates, degree completions, and financial aid for every Indiana University campus. UIRR also completes myriad federal and state compliance reports for IU. UIRR also provides decision support for university administration utilizing these reports.
These reports include official university reports on admissions, enrollment, retention, graduation rates, degree completions, and financial aid for every Indiana University campus.
IU must comply with a wide range of state and federal reporting requirements, as well as other requests for institutional information from commercial and nonprofit agencies. UIRR completes a portion of these reporting requirements for all campuses.
This is a new version of the Enrollment Summary Tool that has been created using Tableau Software and does not need IUIE access as the previous version required. It provides users with quick access to reports containing campus and university level fall, spring and summer (full term from 2011) enrollment and credit hour information. The reports currently available include: general enrollment information (level, residency, sex, course load, etc.), academic group, academic plan and geographical data by admission address.
UIRR now has a Tableau reporting suite containing dashboard views for such primary topics as point in cycle, admissions weekly snapshots, completions, bachelor degree recipient profiles, 15 to finish, gross retention and financial aid. These reports are housed on the Consolidated Business Intelligence Catalog, CBI. Expand the Student > Institutional Reporting folder. Within this folder are various UIRR folders, including Admissions, Transfer, Enrollment, Financial Aid and Completions. Then select the dashboard of interest.
